Set Up
- 2 Players
- Players need a deck of “Faction Clash” cards.
- Deal from a public deck, or create your own.
- Standard Game: 22 deck cards.
- Pro Game: 44 deck cards.
- “Legendary” Game: 99 deck cards.
Card Types
- Fighter
- A card with skill levels and a faction class.
- Combo
- A stacking card used to enhance fighters.
- Combo cards are stacked upon reveal.
- Effect
- Used to shift the dynamics of the game.
- GOD
- A catastrophic event.
How To Begin
- Shuffle your deck. Deal, if applicable.
- Place the top 3 Deck Cards facedown on your battlefield.
- Players should review their face-down cards.
- Draw 3 cards to your Hand.
- Flip a coin (not included) to determine who goes first.
- First Round: Players must choose a facedown Battlefield Card to flip.
Gameplay
- Each player must perform an action every round.
- Turn is over after one action.
- Turn is skipped if Player has no legal action. (See “Actions”)
- Draw after action, holding no more than 3 cards in hand.
Actions – A legal move
- Playing a Card Face-up;
- Playing a Card Face-down;
- Revealing Face-down Card;
- Voluntarily removing an Effect Card;
- You may not remove a combo or fighter voluntarily.
- You may sacrifice a fighter if you wish.
- You may not remove a combo or fighter voluntarily.
- Combining Cards;
- Attacking with a Fighter;
Battles
- When Fighters appear on the Battlefield, they can attack and remove each other.
- Each Fighter is given a value for ATK and a value for DEF.
- If a Fighter’s ATK value is higher than opponents (OPP) DEF value, OPP is removed.
- No take-backs! If a Fighter’s ATK value is lower the OPP’s DEF value, attacker is removed. Sacrifice!
- Removed cards are sent to the Graveyard.
Objective And How To Win
- Each player is trying to Remove their opponents cards.
- Each round the Player performs an Action.
- Effect Cards, Combo Cards, and Faction Alliances can be used to enhance Fighters.
- Each player holds a maximum of 3 cards in their Hand
- Unless a card’s effect makes you draw more.
- If a player removes all opposing cards, that player wins the game.
- If a player intentionally or unintentionally uses a GOD card to end the game (no remaining active cards for any Players), it is considered un-honorable. Player loses.
- A player can Resign if their position seems hopeless.
